AxPro ARC Issue

Hello,

I am currently fighting with an issue where the ARC connection can't be re-established after it working for over a week with no issues.

Noted that after checking the Logs, I regularly saw the Error Lan Path Failed, Mobile Net Path Failed and that only escalated up until now when the connection can't be re-established and the messages show up a lot.

Nothing changed and the Problem seemingly came out of thin air.

Does someone have expierence with an issue like that ?
I already checked all the settings twice, checked with the ARC they said nothing wrong on their end. Restarted the router, AxPro.

Firmware : V1.2.9 build 241010
 
It could be bad rj45 connectors, bad cable

It could be ip conflict with something

Bad port on switch/router/AX pro


Without testing 1 by 1 there can only be speculations.

I switched Ports for the Wired Connection from a Switch to directly the Router.
Even checked if there was an IP Conflict, set a fixed IP for the AxPro but found no Issue.
Ping from the Network was also returning without a problem.

I know that an Error like that is hard to trace back to it's Origin, I was hoping that there is a Chance someone else experienced that it was a known problem / had a solution.
 
I can set up private arc in upcoming days and share you details to connect. So we can monitor what happens. In my country usually arc operators dont have technical knowledge besides telling you what they see on their display and what your details are.

It is not uncommon that arc companies sometimes do bad backend or get overloaded for service they cant provide
