Hello all
I’m really hoping that somebody can help me or ahead some light on my situation.
So I have a DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P 8mm-32mm camera just for ANPR purposes I’ve updated the firmware to that latest one on the UK portal V5.4.7 180309. Since updating to the new firmware I’ve had nothing but problems, at night it only seems to read half of the number plate, it keeps on reading a O as a 0 an when I log in to the camera in IE the side menu is all missed aligned an unable to click on any of the settings.
Now the NVR
The NVR is a DS7708NI-I4/8P the problem I have found with this is when trying to import the Black&White list on firmware V4.21.008 build 190625 every time I try an import the xls file a message comes up saying import failed. So I then thought that I’ll down great to V4.21.005 build 190509 but unfortunately still the same issue occurred. Then I thought I would downgrade again to V4.1.64 build 190119 an for some reason the import file was Successfully imported. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem?
