Analog to RJ45

I've installed a Hikvision DS-7716NI-I4-16P 16 Channel Network Video Recorder.

I have a few old Hikvision analog cameras that are still up and in difficult-to-reach areas I've had a look around for analog to RJ45 adapters.

Does anyone have any adapters/encoders that would convert them to RJ45? (they are still powered at the camera side)

To convert from an analogue camera to an IP video stream (that an NVR can use) you actually need an encoder (aka a video server):

These are relatively expensive, and nowadays it is more cost-effective to buy a new IP camera.
