Hi @johngreen

Have you tried dragging & dropping the camera from the device list back into the live view window showing this error message?

Okay,

Is the camera added to iVMS on its own or is it connected to an NVR that has been added to iVMS?

as i said it was working fine until i hit the x in top corner , now cant get it back

Thanks,

Does the camera also appear offline when you log into the NVR with a browser or direct HDMI monitor or is it only offline in iVMS?

What version of iVMS-4200 do you currently have installed?

That looks more like the NVR firmware, are you definitely using iVMS-4200 on a PC and not a Mac?

If so, the screenshot looks like it is from a very old version of iVMS for PC. We would recommend upgrading to the latest version of iVMS-4200 for PC - iVMS-4200(V3.12.0.7_E).

Okay,

The datasheet for V3.12 of iVMS says that works with Windows 7 so there shouldn't be an issue upgrading to this latest version.

One thing you can try before updating iVMS is to delete the NVR from iVMS-4200 and then re-add it to see if that brings the camera back online.
