MacOS Accessing Hikvision NVR system from a Mac

Hi Phil,
I had a new camera system installed today. The tech people told me I could download the software to view the cameras on my mac.
I'm running Mac OSX Safari 12
I am having errors with configurations etc.
I then have downloaded the plugin for Safari which I saw you had mentioned was updated.
However I am unsure how to access hikvision on my safari browser. What is the web address?

My Model of the system is DS-7604NI-K1/4P

The installers were a tad vague, and I emailed Hikvision Australia who emailed back saying they can't help end users.

What firmware version is your NVR currently using?
Do you have any Windows-based machines?
