Have you scanned the barcode on the nvr from the app and reinstalled the nvr to the app?

Has your encryption key been re entered into the app. Ie did you log out of the app and back in again?

Do your cameras show online on camera management through the nvr local?

I do wonder though when updates come out how many of us will not do it incase it gives us all the green screen again.

Just so ghat we are confident with the exporting. Do we need a memory stick to do this or is it exported somewhere else. I need to export mine but never done it or knew you could save your settings before. Thanks.

Yeah, mines been good since stepping back last week. I finally got all my nvr working as it should again. The key to stepping back is to take a video of photos of all settings so if any thing goes wrong you can put all the setting back in.

Yes. That was the box that needed ticking. The line drawing now works. I have doubled the motion detection now and will double check before I remove sudden scene change. Although I do like the human trigger for that one.

OK mate. I will sort the vca out and once working I will disable motion and scene.

Great thank you. I put that picture up as I thought it may need to be on. It maybe disabled due to issue I had stepping back. Makes sense I suppose. I will click on it tomorrow and let you know how I get on later in the day. If it works I will disable motion detection as I never used to have...
