Your DS-9632NI-M8 is probably a model most don't have... maybe that's why you're having this problem others are not? I'm not sure just guessing, but is the SDK service running? Maybe try adding a camera (at least temporarily) using HIKVISION_RTSP instead of HIKVISION protocol?

If it helps anybody considering upgrading... I then went back to V4.61.025 Build 220905... wanted to see if you could... you can, but the system needs to be set up from scratch again... I always make sure to unbind the NVR from my Hik-connect account, and turn off Hik-connect on the NVR before...

I loaded the V4.61.030 Build 240123 firmware on my DS-7616NI-I2/16P... it loads and boots up... I only have 1 test camera connected and have not checked anything...

I loaded it and it did fix the doorbell issue but that's it... to me, it does seem like a good sign that Hikvision is working on things reported by the Use-IP crew... I'd bet we'll see a new release soon... @flycop2000 if you are in the USA, I suspect this USA firmware release would allow you...

Hi @alfaclvi ... they are not settings like backlight, WDR, BLC... they are scenes that group those settings for the image parameters switch... on the display settings page you will see "Scene"... that dropdown is where "Front light", and Low Illumination" are.

That is the one... I can see how I'm confusing things... for now, I still use the schedule to set the scenes... so, as I'm working on this stuff, it would be nice to turn the switch on and off for all the cameras without having to log into each one of the 10 separately... I'm using Wireshark...

Hi @Alex_SA ... It seems like a power related issue to me... you say even when you activate the floodlight remotely all is ok... but when the audible siren and floodlight come on the camera is rebooting (drawing the most power) ... I would test the cameras without the extender power cables...
