Yes, the latest V5.02.005 build 240318 fixed my playback on Hik-connect... just checked again now to confirm... both regular playback and event playback are smooth as they could be. There was a Hik-connect update on iOS also... V6.2.50.20240320.3... maybe that needs to be updated also?

V1.0 allowed characters in latitude and longitude that would cause error message... new version V1.1 fixes this...

It works, but the functionality has changed... it's a pop-up window that shows a picture and related video event... the event video does not start on its own... I didn't use it much, but it seems to me like the older functionally was better... a full-screen live view of the channel on event...

howdy... someone reported a connection timeout problem when downloading over a slower Wi-Fi network... I had the http requests set to timeout in 1 second (for no good reason) ... I have changed the timeout to 15 seconds... I have also changed the way GMT/UTC hours offset defaults, so it accounts...

Also, now that you are back on V5.X, maybe that will get you back online before or after contacting Hikvision again... I realize that doesn't help if you intend to downgrade to V4.X again for the 2 cameras that won't connect, but it might give you some insight as to what is causing the "offline"...

Maybe, try logging into www.hik-connect.com with a web browser and make sure the NVR is not listed under devices... if it is, delete it and ask support@hikvision.com to try again?
