I need help with cameras offline + audio issue

I'm not sure but would think so, none of my cameras are directly connected to the NVR. After resetting the router the NVR may get another IP address. I'll lookup your router and see what needs to be done, should be straight forward. David

Desperate to get very important CCTV data

Strange that the original data was deleted, if it was securely erased chances of recovery are slim. Speak to a data recovery company, at a minimum they should be able to assess your drive to see if the data is still there.

Desperate to get very important CCTV data

@Sonic007, if the drive is still in use it maybe to late. Don’t use recovery software as the drive format maybe non-standard. Best to seek professIonal data recovery.

You could try chrome, need to check the NVR and camera firmware versions. Can you post them? fuzz out any serial numbers. Also make sure win10 / 11 and VM software is updated. Hikconnect working shows that this could be browser / firmware related. I can't see port forwarding affecting this...

Hikvision NVR with 3rd party WiFi IP Camera?

Some of my cameras are not hikvision but the sadp tool detects them as hikvision and they work with the hikvision protocol. From one of your earlier images, you may have to use the media port 34567. At a minimum RTSP should work but you'll need the RTSP URL. What protocols do you see when...
