Hello.
I use a doorbell DS-KD8003 and I have two indoor stations connected to it, DS-KH-9510 as main and DS-KH6350 as submodule. I have the Hik-connect app installed on my mobile phone. Everything works fine, but what I have a problem with is the long delay before the mobile app starts ringing after someone rings the doorbell.
This delay is definitely more than 25 seconds.
Is there somewhere to set the app to start ringing immediately or with a smaller delay after someone rings the doorbell?
Or is there a home gateway that can forward the call from the doorbell to the app?

Thanks

I no longer have an indoor station connected but I recall both the indoor station and Hik-Connect on the phone got the call at the same time. There will likely be some setting in the DS-KH9510 that needs to be altered.

There is setting called Forwarding time or something like that. Set it to 0 if it isnt. This means after how much seconds it will forward the call toward application

I've been looking into the setup. And it's set to 0.

There is no such setting that concerns delay for HikConnect on Indoor Stations.
Did you Ping Test your devices on your Local Network either from your router or Command Prompt on a PC or by installing Hik Partner Pro checking with SADP tool?
This should be very low and under 50 milliseconds for all of them or otherwise there is a problem with cabling or device internal network card or setting.
Which one of the two indoor Stations is added in Hik-Connect account?
Try adding the one that is not and remove the previous one.
If both of them are added, then try removing one of them

Yes I pinged all three devices and I got 1 max 2ms response time on all of them
In hik-connect I have added a main indoor station and then an outdoor doorbell. Nothing more.
If I add an internal sub-station instead of the main station, will it still work?
