will these work with my set up?

First of hello all!
My issue is i have been offered 4x SWANN NHD-818 POE cameras that i would like to add to my set up. I have a 8ch Hikvision NVR NVR-208M-A/8P running 2 hikvision cams over cat 6. Question is will these SWANN models work with a bit of messing about? will they work at all! i have searched but could not find a definitive answer some say SWANN is just re-branded Hikvision?? some say not. I did email SWANN service and they informed my they are not ONIFV so that is not a good start i know!
Appreciate any help you guys could offer.

Does that NVR offer any manual adding methods?
i.e. not plug 'n' play

And within those settings does it offer anything other than ONVIF?
Some independent recorders such as Synology offer options such as 'generic MJPEG' / 'generic stream'

If you see no options, then I doubt you will have much success
