Will these cameras work with DS-7604NXI-K1/4P(D) for human&vehicle classification?

I have a DS-7604NXI-K1/4P(D) with V4.83.011build241205_ReleaseNotes and am looking for 4 cameras to pair with for home usage.
3 cameras will be for outdoor perimeters and 1 camera will be in the garage.

What I am aiming for is the setup to be able to at least do some human and vehicle classifications. For example, roughly determine the age/sex for humans and the colour of vehicles.
I can't buy the cameras and return them if it doesn't work where I am located, so I have to be sure when I am purchasing.

1. Do the DS-2CD1023G2-LIU and DS-2CD1043G2-LIU work for the above requirement?
2. If it doesn't, what is the minimum model that I need to get the setup working?
3. I noticed that the NVR has Acusearch. I couldn't find detailed previews/tests of setting it up. What can the NVR do with it?

I doubt you will achieve what you want with that setup. The NVR has AcuSense so can use filter events to Human/Vehicle, though it's not as good as doing it in camera so you would use the AcuSense in the camera. You would need a far better camera and/or NVR to do what you want.

I'm not aware of a Hikvision camera that can determine age. Even determining sex could be a challenge (it was last time I visited Bangkok and Ko Samui)!

You would likely be looking at the 'Deep in Mind' range. The models starting 2CD1 are the lowest range, 2CD2 are the professional range, 2CD3 are the 'core' range slightly higher spec. You will likely need 2CD7. As for 'minimum model' you would have to consult the camera and NVR data sheets. They detail what is supported.

That's just what all AcuSense cameras do - make a decision as to whether something is Human, Vehicle or not. In the event setup applying a filter such as 'Human' is supposed to ensure that only motion detection or line crossing events occur if a human triggers them. Information for age, sex, clothing colour isn't given by the camera.
