I'm struggling to find any info on this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a Hikvision DS-KIS602 gate intercom that is connected over POE to my local home network. I retrofitted this to replace an old no longer working intercom and wired the physical relay output to the existing wires that run under the driveway to the gate motor. It worked great for a while but those wires are now damaged and I don’t really want to have to run new ones.
My question is, is there a relay module that the intercom can either wirelessly connect with or connect with on the local network?
So that I can send the gate open command that way, instead of requiring a new physical cable to be run between the intercom and the gate motor.
There is a spare Ethernet cable next to the gate motor.
I see Hikvision have some wireless relay modules for sale but not sure of their compatibility with my current intercom?
