Firmware Updating the firmware on my Hikvision 7104huhi-k1( C ) DVR?

Can you please help me to install latest firmware for 7104huhi-k1( C )?
I managed to upgrade the DVR and recorded the firmware V4.25.001 build 201107.
There is a new version but I can't upgrade and I don't know where I'm going wrong?

We don't have this exact model in our region but looking at that product page you've shared it seems to suggest that the firmware on that page is specifically for (C)(S) models and these are different models to the (C) model you have.

The (C) and (C)(S) models being different probably means they use different firmware, you will need to speak with whoever you bought the DVR from in your region and see if they can point you to the correct latest firmware for the (C) model you have.

A response has arrived from the representative for Hikvision.They replied that it was this firmware.
