Uniview IP camera to Hikvision NVR issues

Hi, I have a Uniview IPC3635ER3-DUPZ cameras trying to connect to my Hikvision NVR. I can see it on my browser fine but cannot add to the NVR. I have done the protocol to 80 onvif and tried 554 but no go. Is there something i am simply not doing right?

Is the camera connected directly to the NVRs PoE ports or have you left it connected to the local network and are trying to add it to the NVR over the network?

Can you confirm the model number of the Hikvision Hybrid Recorder that you have? Can you share a screenshot of the recorder's network settings and the camera management page?
