Trying to add intrustion + line crossing - 'device is busy' and resarts?

Can't work out what is happening. I'm adjusting the settings and it keeps freezing then giving an error message device is busy which then means it restarts itself and i have to wait like 5 minutes for it to come back on?

4K Turret Cameras.

I am editing this on the NVR.... is that why? Driving me crazy!

Firmware bug. Its always betzer to work directly on cam. Still update firmware on nvr

I've seen some reports on that too now that it is crashing after x lines are drawn.

My camera is: DS-2CD2387G2-LSU/SL. I am trying to look for the firmware but it seems mixed between G3 and G5?

Is the wrong firmware installed on it as there is some mention of (C) but I can't see a (C) there..... How can i be 100% sure?
