Troubleshooting

I have a Hikvision hard drive with 6x cameras. I have a problem with 1 camera only. When I go into menu and select single screen all is good however when I select 5&1 or 3&3 screen, all my cameras appear on the screen except one. How do I resolve this issue?

Model numbers please?
Are you running the latest firmware on all your devices?
Is the missing camera always the same one?
Does it show anything in the pane where the camera is missing?
Perhaps right-click and select the sub-stream.
