The monitor connected to my DS-7208hqhi-F1 displays no image?

Hi

There is no image displayed on the monitor but the recorder can be switch on. Is it any problem of the recorder? Do I need to replace the recorder?
The model is DS-7208hqhi-F1 with Turrret cameras. That is an 8 channel recorder.

Have you tried both the HDMI output and the VGA output? It's got to be a problem with either monitor, cable or recorder. Try swapping those to determine which.

Yes, I did. I have both monitor for VGA and HDMI. both are not showing any images. Only Blank Screens. How do I get the recorder fixed or have to get a new recorder?

what make / model of monitor are you using?

Is the monitor set to auto select resolution for the HDMI and VGA inputs?

Post the VGA / HDMI settings for your NVR.
