Temporary setup on site with no WiFi

Hello,

I'm setting up a temporary security camera system for a site with no WiFi. Cameras will likely be moved regularly, hence I'm looking for cameras that record straight to SD card. I will be able to visit the site every few days to change cards etc. I need to be able to set cameras up on site (adjust view, zoom etc), ideally via an Android app.

I've found a number of cameras that claim they can record straight to SD card and can be set up via an app:
Reolink RLC-411WS
Reolink RLC-410S
IdeaNext 1901
HikVision DS-2CD2635F-IS

Can these be set up directly from the app though? i.e. without connecting through a WiFi network?

If the above cameras can't, does anyone know of any cameras that can?

Additional requirements: optical zoom, high resolution, infrared.

Any advice on cameras or setup would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Well, if you only use security cameras with SD card without Internet, you can only record videos when motion events are detected.
