I have a Techvision IP camera model PBE4L3WZ - S/I/A. There doesn't seem to be much information regarding Techvision cameras but I was hoping I could do a reset by pressing the button on the camera as I plug it in and hold it for about 30 seconds, but it never resets. I also tried 45 seconds.
I found a manual for it but it doesn't say how to actually do the reset. Just says you need to do a hardware reset but then provides no details. Also the instructions make me think that even if the hard reset is successful it will not actually reset the password.
I hope I'm just reading it wrong but I'm not having much luck, so has anyone had any success with this brand or have any suggestions? I'm still trying to get ahold of Techvision support but even this is proving to be difficult.
