SV3C Camera - No Sound?

Hi there, I have a SV-B12XVPOE-1080PS-A camera the video is fine but no sound. I have tried the configuration settings and it looks to be enabled. Any ideas please? Thank you

I can't find any information about this camera model online, are you sure the model number is correct? What brand/manufacturer is it?

Hi there Dan Well that's the exact details on the camera ... just found out it doesn't have audio. Didn't know they still did no audio these days :-(

I thought this was it but it didn't come up with exactly the same model number, I think it not coming up on Google suggests SV3C has probably made this model EOL.

We don't usually recommend purchasing cameras from sites like Amazon and eBay because sometimes the stated specs are not accurate and you can be caught out.
