Smart tracking for TandemVu PTZ cameras?

Hello,

I’m looking for TandemVu camera with at least 4MP resolution and quite a powerful zoom (around x25).
I was almost set on DS-2SE4C425MWG-E/14(F0) when I realised that the spec does not include auto-tracking, which is a feature I’m interested in.
I was wondering if that was an omission in the docs as I would be surprised if a camera of that price range would not support smart tracking.
If it does not, are there other PoE+ 4” cameras with those features or do I need to look at PoE++ 7” cameras?

It's not an mistake in the docs, unfortunately none of the "DS-2SE4C" TandemVu models offer auto-tracking.
These are effectively the TandemVu equivalents of the standard 4" PTZs (e.g. the DS-2DE4425IW-DE(T5)), which also do not offer auto-tracking.

As you say, you will need to look at the 7" cameras for this feature - all of the TandemVu cameras on this page have auto-tracking.

Any camera that does have the feature will have a "Smart Tracking" section like below in the datasheet to indicate this:
