Hi, I have a camera system which consists of an nvr, two switches- 1 with two tourette camera and the other with 2 ptz and a bullet cam. Internet is connected to directly to nvr. So the problem is that when using the hik connect app to remote view camera the viewer lags and ptz are slow and don't work even on basic. When on same Internet as camera. Hik connect works perfectly just not on a different connection. Any help would be much appreciated or is any information needed.
