Setting Up External Access to our Hikvision NVR?

Hi, I was asked to enable the external access, for web access, not using the IVMS App (from outside our company network).

When connected inside the network, through the internal IP, I am able to see the live view and configure and stuff. (Inside the network works properly). See image:

But when I try to connect through the external address, The Live View doesn't work, and actually the webpage configuration shows different options. Next image:

This is the access through the external IP.
