Door Entry Recent issue with HikConnect and video intercom?

Anyone having issues viewing video from video intercom (DS-KD8003-IME1 in my case) from HikConnect?
My Android phone rings (latest version of HikConnect), but there is no video image. I can press the open door button but no matter how long I wait, no image loads. Either on wifi or mobile data.

This has only started in the last week. I don't believe there has been any changes on my side, and no recent HikConnect app updates. Anyone else experiencing this issue, or have done so in the past?
 
What indoor station do you have? The video should be forwarde from indoor station to hikconnect when using an 8003
 
I have both 8350 and 6320. The 8350 is the one linked to the account.
The issue has been happening on and off. Will monitor next few days. If no other HikConnect issues reported, must on my side.
