QVIS Trio Pion - extending video storage from 16 to 32 days?

Hi all,
A bit of a long shot, but I have inherited a QVIS Trio Pion Mk3 1TB 16 Channel box, with the maximum number of stored days recording at 16.
Does anyone know from the attached or in which manual is the correct config setting to extend this to circa 32 days recording before footage is overwritten?
Or does this unit merely need twice as much storage?
TIA

Hi @TJ1970

From those images, it looks like all your cameras are recording continuously 24/7 and all of your 1.8TB of space has been used. This means that with the current storage capacity you have in that recorder, you won't be able to get more than 16 days of continuous recording without either reducing the settings of each camera (e.g. recording fewer frames per second or reducing the recorded resolution) or by switching to event recording.

If you want to keep the cameras configured as they are, your only option will be to fit a new larger HDD. We would probably recommend a 4TB HDD.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for your swift reply! Unfortunately, there is a need for that bit, so 24/7 has to remain on.
Reduce frames or a 4TB HDD it is.
Thank you again!
