PTZ bullet sd card access.

What tool do I need to remove the cover that gains access to the sd card. I have looked everware but can't find any info.

Hi Dave,

The rain shade can be removed by unscrewing the screw on top with either a flat head screwdriver or even a coin, and the cover for the SD card slot itself can be removed using the small Torx driver tool provided with the camera

I saw what I thought was an ordinary screwdriver when the camera first arrived and thought no more about it.
