Hik-Connect Playback Issues - ‘Failed to Play videos’ Error?

I’m be been using this for over a year.. suddenly a couple of days ago I have not been able to use Playback.. it runs but the gives the message ‘Failed to
Play videos’.. my equipment is in Spain and I’m accessing from uk on my iPhone.. any help would be most appreciated .

Can you provide more details of the system you have?

What camera models do you have?
What firmware version(s) is/are the camera(s) currently using?
Do you also have an NVR as part of the system? If you do, what NVR model do you have?
If you do have an NVR, can you please confirm the firmware version that NVR is using?
