On Sunday 5th March at 21:00 we will be replacing core rack-level infrastructure. We will need to shut down your server from 21:00 for 1 hour, however we will aim to make this window much smaller where possible.
While we try to avoid downtime during upgrades, unfortunately in this case it's necessary for us to power down the rack your server is hosted in.
The reason for this interruption in service is that we are replacing core power distribution and networking infrastructure, so we can continue to provide a resilient, performant and dependable service.
