Firmware NVR Software Upgrade Issue?

Hi all,

I followed the instructions to avoid downloading the V4.61.000_220507 from here as per the instructions i downloaded the V4.60.005 build220108 however the NVR no longer boots up? Please can someone be kind enough to explain what options i have?

Which NVR model do you have? What year did you purchase the NVR?

When you say that the NVR 'no longer boots up' what do you mean exactly? Does it show no signs of life when you switch it on or is it switching on but you can't reach the login screen?
