Recently, I replaced my LTS (likely a Hikvision reseller) NVR with a Hikvision DS-7604NXI-K1 / 4P. Overall, I’m pleased with this new setup, though the fan noise is a bit of a downside.

I’ve run into a couple of issues that I’m hoping you can help with:
- Initially, under "playback," I could filter by persons and vehicles (red bars in the blue recording bar, see attachment), which worked brilliantly compared to my previous LTS NVR, which triggered events for every moving leaf. However, after adjusting some settings, I can now only view "normal events" and no longer have the option to filter by persons/vehicles . Could you advise on the correct settings to enable this filter again?
- Live view through Hik-Connect works flawlessly. However, when using Hik-Partner Pro, I receive the error "Device connection timed out. Please check its network connection." Is anyone familiar with this issue? Interestingly, all other options within Pro remain accessible. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or is there a known solution?
- My current setup includes a Hikvision DS-2CD2183G0-I (8MP/4K) for the main view (driveway) and two older LTS cameras. I recently purchased a Hikvision DS-2CD1183G2-LIU (via AliExpress, fingers crossed...), which is supposedly an upgrade from the DS-2CD2183G0-I. I may use it to replace my main camera for improved coverage. What are your thoughts on this replacement?
