I had a firmware update pop up on the local UI of a DS-7616NI-K2/16P. It's an old one and these are end of life. As usual where you would get this firmware is unknown. If you search that model:
UK Product Page/Firmware Search - no result for NVR
Global Product Page/Firmware Search - 4.74.205_230712
UK Portal - 4.72.107_220914
EU Portal - 4.72.200_230522
On the unit itself, the pop up appeared that new firmware was available and has installed 4.74.210_240108.
The only place I can find a link for it is by searching the serial number of the recorder in Hik-Partner Pro, so the below is a direct download link for .210. It may have been available for some time looking at the file date but as it doesn't appear in any firmware search I've missed it previously:
