Hik-Connect Motion detection area will not configure on my mobile using hik-connect?

Hi,
When I draw motion detection area on my mobile phone on Hik -Connect it tells me that it's not configured when I try to save it. It no longer lets me use the square boxes to draw but lines instead which will not work when I have drawn the area.
Not got much hair anyway, but pulling the rest out trying to get this right.
Can anyone help please?

Are you still having this problem?

If you are, can you please confirm the camera model and firmware it is currently running?

Is the camera connected to an NVR? If it is, can you please confirm the NVR model and current firmware?
