Live View

Hi
I'm a newbie to this forum so please be gentle.
We have a Hik Camera set up on Hik Connect but for some reason we have lost the live view. We are still receiving motion detection notifications and can view and play them back ok. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but we still get the same result. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. I'm also a silver surfer so un complicate answers would be great.

Can you please confirm what camera model you have and what firmware version it is currently running?

How do you have the camera added to Hik-Connect? Is it directly added on its own and recording to MicroSD or is the camera connected to an NVR and the NVR is added to Hik-Connect?

Do you see any error message when trying to access the camera's live view in Hik-Connect?
