I cannot get live events to come up on my HIV vision app. I’m fairly novice when it comes to things like this, I’ve tried all the usual things like others have suggested on the forum.
The notifications come up on the NVR as Motion detected so I’m presuming it is a problem with the app somewhere?
I’ve tried logging out of the app back in restarting the NVR, et cetera.
I’ve also looked to enable notifications on my phone and they all seem to be active.
Any help would be hugely appreciated
