IVMS motion search

I have access to 20+ Hikvision NVR through my IVMS-4200 software but I don't have access to many of the NVR settings.

Once in a while I need check what has happened over a long period (3+ days) but video was recorded continuous.

The IVMS smart search seems to only work if was setup before the recording.

Is there anyway to Analyst the video after to find all the movements in a small area of the video.

If Hikvision can not do it, can I download the video and put it though a 3ed party software.

Are using iVMS-4200 on a PC or Mac? Which version of iVMS-4200 are you running?

PC 2.7.0.10

I just download 3.4 but I cant find a way to transfer my Devices
2.7 has and "export System config files"
3.4 don't have an import. (cant find it)

3.4 has a batch import for devices Management (CVS file)
But I cant find a way to export cvs file for each device

I am stuck manually entering the 20 sites as there was a major upgrade.

Thanks for reminding me to upgrade.
If you have any info exporting devices from 2.7 to 3.4 it would be greatly appreciated.
Also Where did they put the "Update Camera Names" that pulls in the names for the NVRs
