iVMS-4200: RUN ERROR TRYING TO WATCH CAMERAS

Hi,

I connected remote cameras from a dvr/nvr in another network to mine, through cloud p2p (EZVIZ - Security Camera Kits, Wi-Fi Cameras, and Action Cams) but when i tried to watch the live video. The software give me error. I tried with another pc and it had the same error. I have no idea about it

Have you checked Hikvision's portals for the newest version of iVMS-4200?
Are you too running EZVIZ hardware?

We use newest version IVMS-4200. We encounter with same error while we watch old recorded files and remote playback on internet. We didnt get error at iOS nor Androids cellphones. (Also we use Hik-connect on phones.) We didnt try at local network.
Notes : No. We dont use any ezviz hardware. only Haikon cams and recorder

Maybe check for graphics card driver updates?
Perhaps try an earlier version of iVMS-4200?
