My door station either doesn't ring on my phone via HikConnect unless the app is actually open. I'm using an Android phone. Notifications are on in phone settings, call notifications are on in HikConnect. I can see a call log and video recordings in the app. The indoor stations work OK.
I've been told to ensure firmware is current. For the indoor stations IVMS 4200 indicates firmware 2.1.16-build 210330 but says no upgrade available.
However, it seems V2.2.36_build 240115 is the latest but when I try to upload the unzipped dav file, it says the upgrade failed. However, I did manage to upgrade the door sation using this method.
I have tried to use the IP shown in IVMS to log in but get:
This site can’t be reached
192.168.4.105 refused to connect.

- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
