AX PRO Issue with AX PRO wireless magnet detectors?

Hi there, i'm an installer of hikvision products camera and ax pro, im facing an issue now with the ax pro wireless magnet detectors, they are all flashing orange light im not able to enroll them to the central as the orange light is for a low signal, i don't know how to improve the signal to bluel light, kindly look into this and give me some solutions as my client is very upset.
What can I do to change the orange to blue?
Why is it refusing to enroll ?

how far is it away from the axpro?

Not far, very close, evrything was fine this issue happened when i have reset the detectors and try to enroll to another axpro

Have they been formatted? Are all other devices working correctly?

Yes i have formatted them and the other devices are working fine.

Remove battery,

Start enrolling

hold tamper + insert battery

it will reset magnet connection with previous ax pro panel and it will be available to be added on new one.
