Issue Remote Viewing my Sannce wireless 8ch system over 4g/5g?

Hi all, I have set up my system it’s a Sannce wireless 8ch, all working great fantastic picture, but remote viewing over my mobile network not working? I’ve installed many of these and never before had an issue? If I’m at home and connect to my wifi I can watch remotely no problem, but the whole reason for remote viewing is watch it while away from home? Anyone else having this issue ? Did you solve it? If so please help? Cheers all..
