Hyperflex NVR password reset

Hi, Can some one guide me please, got a Hyperflex NVR 4 channel recorder, for this equipment forgot the Admin password, which was changed couple of years ago. cannot reset the password, unable to remember the changed password. is there away or guideline to reset it.
