HUHI7204 K1 DVR ONVIF with TP-link camera?

I have several hikvision analog cameras that work ok.

I bought one Tp-link VIGI C220I entrance camera. It supports face recognition, cross line and other smart options in its application on the mobile phone, and notifications arrive regularly on the mobile phone.

But the camera is connected to a Hikvision DVR that records and I want the cross line to send a notification to the Hik connect app.

This is not possible because hikvision says that the camera does not have a smart option available. Can I get the hikvision to work smart with that camera?
