Hi, I've got 3 Hikvision camera linked to a DVR ( Hikvision DS-7204HUHI-K1P) that's has an ethernet cable going from the DVR to a TPlink WiFi range extender (TL-WA850RE) which then goes to the Virgin Media Hub 5.
The problem is I can't load the online interface up using http://192.168.0.100/doc/page/login.asp

First it gives me an szerrortip and then when I refresh the page, it gives me this page can't be reached. I've switched off both the DVR TPLink and my router but still doesn't work.

I live next door to my sister who has the same system and if I log into her WiFi it then works, but obviously they aren't my cameras.

If I stay on the interface and log onto my WiFi and log into my WiFi then it says network abnormal.

Everything is working fine camera wise on the network.

It was working before and I've not changed anything. Also I only understand the very very basics and I'm not very confident in these things.

Hi @Shawty1984

Have you confirmed that the 192.168.0.100 is the correct IP address that is assigned to the NVR?

Have you got the Hikvision SADP Tool installed on a PC that is hard-wired to the Virgin Media Hub? Can you see the NVR on the network using the SADP Tool?

How do you confirm that? Why would it change, it was that as I've used it before and like I said, it works on my sisters WiFi to access their same system, I thought that was the default address.

No I haven't, don't have a clue what that is. I've got a laptop that is years old and is very slow and a chromebook which might have ethernet, not sure.

Do you have an HDMI/VGA monitor plugged into the NVR to access it or have you only ever accessed the NVR via browser?

No worries now, I've sorted it, it had changed ip address. I didn't think they could do that lol
