Hikvision Video interference

hi All,

i am looking for some advise.

i recently installed Hikvision 7200 DVR with 3 x color vu 5mp cameras using Cat5e UTP cable with video baln on both ends.
the issue i have is when i connect these cameras to single power supply unit (4 out) i get vertical lines on videos but when i connect them to separate power units videos are clear but customer says he still get these lines some times.

all 3 cameras have separate cable runs.

do i have to use ground loop isolator? do this go on each camera and dvr end?

or do i have to do shoot gun cable run?

It may be a case of trial and error to find and resolve the root cause.

Ground loop isolators are only needed at one end.
