I had an older model Hikvision NVR which has been replaced with the DS-7732NI-M4-24P. I have 16 cameras connected to the POE ports of the NVR.
On the old NVR and also the new one I have, every time I do an export of the NVR settings and then import them, all settings are recovered correctly except for all the camera video settings, they remain as they were before the import. The problem is I can use the ‘Virtual Host Mode’ and back up the settings of each camera individually, but there is no point, since not only is this tedious, but the NVR camera settings override the actual cameral settings done on its own portal.
So, the question is, how can I do a proper full export of the NVR settings that include the video settings of all the IP cameras connected to it?
