Hi everyone, I recently setup a DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P NVR and two DS-2CD2387G2-LU cameras. I have enabled motion and intrusion detection for both camera which works well. However, one of the cameras isn’t showing the smart events in the playback interface when I select the “smart” filter (it's a constant blue line). Furthermore, the same camera will not play any footage when I select the “smart” filter. If I use custom search and custom view this works fine. I can also see the smart events in the alarm notification. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for the response. I have fixed the problem by restoring the NVR and cameras to default-started from scratch.
FYI-at the time of the problem, I was running the latest firmware on the NVR and cameras.
NVR: V4.22.000 build 210615
Cameras: V5.7.2 build 220223
