Hello! I was reading this thread but I can't reply there:

I have the Hikvision DS-KB8113- IME1(B and Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE modules installed in front of a living residence with 120 people. It opens the main door. I'm an admin. How many people can I share the device with to open the door via HikConnect? An how many accounts can I add? I also have Hik Central Professional Base licensed software. Is it possible at all for such many users to open the door via the HikConnect application? Thank you very much in advance!

Hi @Ivo Tzvetkov - just to confirm, are you asking how many Hik-Connect accounts you can share the doorbell with, or each DS-KH6320-WTE1 indoor station?

Here's the reply I got from Hikvision when I wrote the article you've linked, so I believe that the answer is 5 accounts in total (the one main admin account, and 4 accounts that you can share it with):
Customers can add an indoor station to one Hik-Connect account, and share the devices to other 4 accounts, so 5 accounts in total can live view the door station video through indoor station on the app, and lock/unlock the door if the permission is given.

Things may have changed though, so I'll try and find some up-to-date information.

Looking at pages 2-3 of this FAQ document, it says that you can connect a device to a total of 64 Hik-Connect accounts, I'm just not sure if this includes doorbells or indoor stations.

Are you trying to work out if there's a way to allow all 120 people to open the door?

I've had some clarification from Hikvision...

You can now connect any doorbell or intercom device to 10 Hik-Connect accounts with each account able to receive calls and open the door.
You could share it with a maximum of 64 other accounts as per the document attached above, but the accounts will not be able to receive calls / open the door, so you will only be able to see the live view.

Thanks for the information! I'm going to test it. What if I'm using the Hik-Central Professional software with base license? Is there a difference?

No worries :) apparently it's no different with HikCentral Professional, but let us know what you find!
