Door Entry Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 close function

Hello all.

I have successfully installed the Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 to Robus sliding gate motor.
I can use Hik-connect app and my indoor door station to open my gate.
The gate motor is connected to the COM and NO1 at the back of the DS-KD8003-IME1.

I would like to be able to close the gate but when I press the same open button it momentarily closes the gate then reopens.

Can anyone advised if there is anythng in iVMS-4200 which I can configure to close the gate please?
