Hello everyone,
I have a Hikvision DS-96128NI-I16 with firmware version V4.51.127 build 220831.
I have created NFS shares and also CIFS/SMB Shares from my NetApp FAS2750 Storage but when I add it in the NetHDD page from the Storage Management Console, the Capacity shows 0.00GB and shows it is OFFLINE, therefore cannot be formatted to be initialized and used.
I need to know if there is a specific way to do this or if I missed anything.
Please can anyone help with this issue as I am in a deployment situation and it is urgent that it be completed within the timeline.
