Hikvision DS-7716NI-K4 Record days not opening?

The data on my Hikvision DS-7716NI-K4 is available and the HDDs are full, but when clicking playback record days some days are not opening?
If anyone can help me please

there is no error message just going to the latest records it has saved

The playback menu is normal it does not show any thing

when clicking playback record days some days are not opening?

Is the NVR set to all-day continuous 24/7 recording or maybe just recording events? If just events, maybe there are uneventful days with no recordings?
